1. Scope of Services

Organishen provides specialized digital services in designing and implementing enterprise operating models, engineering and optimizing processes, and integrating them within digital platforms such as ClickUp and Notion. All services are delivered based on a written agreement defining the scope, and no additional work is included unless formally approved.

2. Commitment and Payment

Clients are required to pay 100% of the total service fee in advance before any work begins. This amount is non-refundable once execution starts. Each service is defined by a clear scope and timeline, and both parties agree to fulfill their obligations accordingly.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, designs, documents, and systems delivered as part of the service are the intellectual property of Organishen. They may not be resold, copied, commercially used, or shared with third parties without prior written consent.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

Organishen is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose or use such information outside the scope of service, except as required by law or regulatory authorities.

5. Service Modifications

Organishen reserves the right to make modifications or improvements to the delivery of its services without prior notice, as long as such changes do not materially affect the agreed-upon deliverables.

6. Limitation of Liability

Organishen is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the delivered system, or from any changes made by the client after delivery. The platform is also not responsible for any operational or financial outcomes not explicitly agreed upon in the contract.

7. Technical Support

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts of Riyadh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise.
